You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification that will be sent to you via email. Please make sure you have entered your correct information when placing your order.
Delivery will take 3-5 working days for main centres throughout SA.
Delivery will take 5-7 working days for outlying areas in SA.
Regrettably we do not deliver to PO boxes or Post Offices.

· Refund & Exchange Policies
Macrame teething rings Policy
Unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges. Make sure to be 100% sure with the selected colour and product before placing your order.
Other Goods & Accessories Policy
A refund will be made within the 7 day period if the item has a manufacturing defect. The product needs to be in its original state in order for an exchange or refund to take place. In order for an exchange to take place, you will have to incur the courier fee for both the return of the item and delivery of the new item to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept exchanges with packaging that has been removed, crinkled up, torn and then used again to package the item.
Once the exchanged product has arrived back at our address. We will ascertain first if we can resell the product. If we can, we will assist you with an exchange. If the product is not in its original packaging, the packaging is broken or you have already tampered with the product an exchange cannot take place.
We only offer gift vouchers for the store with all exchanges.
If you have ordered an incorrect item on the store and would like to exchange it, our exchange policy still applies. You will have to incur the cost for courier to return the item and for delivery of your new item.
· Safety Advice
Children should be supervised by an adult at all times and not to be left unattended. Please take the necessary care when using the products.
· On sale
We don’t accept refunds or exchanges for all products that are on sale.
· Pre-ordering
All orders placed for pre ordering of a product should allow 5-10 working days for manufacturing purposes. And 3-5 days for courier. Regular updates on the progress will be communicated via email.
· Product related
Wood
All our wood products are painted with non-toxic paint that is child friendly.
Crochet rugs
Please note the colour of the Cotton used may vary slightly as the Cotton used is Recycled.
Lead time on the manufacturing of the rugs are 5-7 working days.
